Cat and Dog Pose

Start on your hands and knees with a flat back.

Breathe in. Lift your head and tail - bark like a dog!

Breathe out. Drop your head and tail and arch your back - meow like a cat! Try cat and dog pose a few more times.

Now take a break in rock pose by sitting back on your heels and stretching your arms out ahead of you. Let your forehead rest on the ground.

Cat and Dog pose is great for giving our bodies a nice big stretch!
