Cobra

Lie face down with your legs straight behind you like a tail, and your arms down by your sides.

Breathe out. Bring your hands under your shoulders. Hug your elbows in close to your body.

Breathe in. Push into your hands and lift your head and chest. Keep your belly close to the ground. Hiss like a cobra snake!

After practising cobra pose, take a break by lying on the ground with your head turned to one side, and then the other.
